We’ve got a pretty cool plan as far as Registries go.

Both of us have been extremely fortunate in obtaining/accumulating gobs of household “stuff” already. In our specific case, the usual wedding registry of crockpots, tea sets, and bed sheets seemed superfluous, or at least a bit wasteful. We have lived together for a little while.

Instead, we thought that a honeymoon registry – a guide to helping us afford a fantastic two week trip around the Pacific – was the way to go. Using Traveler’s Joy, we were able to list out the costs of our entire itinerary, so that you can help us at any step along the way. Even better, it gives everyone the chance to be part of an amazing memory. And, as our gift back to you, who wants a meek thank you note? NO! We want to show everyone what their involvement wrought. So, we will use the opportunity to send each of you a photo of us truly enjoying your gift.

Now, of course, we do need a few items to make that honeymoon even better. So, we thought about all the small things that could make the experience even more memorable and created an Amazon.com Registry, too. And, we have admit opening presents is pretty fun.
